Established in 1992 with backing from the Home Office in conjunction with Northumbria and Essex Police force- Sold Secure is administered by the Master Locksmiths Association from purpose built laboratories in Northants.The scheme allows manufacturers and suppliers to apply to have their products approved by Sold Secure. These products are tested by a team of professional locksmiths with successful products gaining the coveted Sold Secure Approved quality mark.
